William Optics RedCat 51 II APO 250mm f/4.9 Refractor Telescope
In Astrophotography Market, William Optics has recently released a new and enhanced version II of the Gen 1 and Gen 1x RedCat scopes in response to its enormous success.
The scope now has an internal focusing mechanism that keeps the dew shield stable when you change focus, which is the primary difference. That eliminates the need for dew heating strips and tangled or snagged connections. Also, the helical focuser mechanism has been enhanced.
There are no other mechanical or optical changes from version 1x aside from the aforementioned.
